Pursuant to European regulations, Raymed pro is required to be
informed and keep record of the installation of its radiographic
systems. In order to comply with these rules and to verify system
release of fixed radiographic equipment, Raymed pro requests –
in line with our General Terms and Conditions, section IX – that
this Installation Report be submitted by the installer within 15
(fifteen) days of installation.
